Who we are
DentalCareWorks ("DentalCareWorks", "we", "us") places virtual assistants with dental practices in the United States. This policy covers this website. Work we do for a dental practice is governed by our agreement with that practice.
Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us and what any website receives when you visit it.
- When you book a call: your name, practice name, email address, phone number and anything you write about your needs. Booking is handled by a scheduling service on our behalf.
- When you apply for a role: the details and documents you submit with your application.
- When you email us: your message and contact details.
- When you visit: basic technical information that web servers log, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept for security and to keep the site working.
This website does not use advertising cookies. If we add privacy friendly analytics to understand which pages are useful, we will update this policy first.
Patient information
Please do not send patient information through this website or by email. We never ask a practice to share protected health information through this site. Any work with patient information happens only inside the practice's own systems under a written agreement.
How we use information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as scheduling, email and hosting providers, and only for those purposes; or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. Contact us at the email address on our booking page and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and job applicants, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
